CONSERVATO-RE-S VRB SVAE / R✱T Roma seated facing within hexastyle temple, head to left, holding globe in her right hand and scepter in her left. Drost -, cf. 80a (shield at side of Roma). RIC 195. A very rare variety. Minor roughness, otherwise, very fine.

The reverse shows how the engraver struggled to fit the legend around the hexastyle temple, and how he had to incorporate the left acroterial sphere in the letter T.
